A new high-power electric-vehicle (EV) charging hub has opened at Swords, Co. Dublin, marking the culmination of a joint programme programme between energy supplier ESB and the Climate Action Fund (CAF) scheme.
Great success for Fingal Groups in 2025 Tidy Towns awards. All the dedicated committees across Fingal received higher scores than in 2024. Skerries was awarded County Second and a Gold Medal, while Malahide was awarded County Third and a Gold Medal. Swords was also awarded a Gold Medal, while Lusk, Rush and Balbriggan all received Bronze medals

Dervla's baby brand, Snugabugz, designs organic cotton socks and booties that actually stay on little feet. Good luck in the final on Nov 13th Dervla! . Pitch is a business accelerator initiative from Arnotts, created to empower innovative start-ups and entrepreneurs based in Ireland or Northern Ireland, regardless of nationality.
Maxol has signed an 18-month deal with restaurant platform Noahs to offer the freshly prepared food. It will be initially trialed at three of the company's operations in Donabate and Longmile Road, and in Bray, Co Wicklow.

Balbriggan : Harbour Road & Seapoint Lane Junction — closed 9 Oct to 27 Nov 2025 for resurfacing, with work hours from 08:00 to 18:00
Balbriggan : Link and Harbour Road — closed 16 Jul 2025 to 16 Jan 2026 for road reconstruction and resurfacing Swords : Balheary Road — 50 km/h speed limit imposed to facilitate an Active Travel Scheme, from 2 Apr 2025 to 1 Apr 2026
