We’re building a place where people across Fingal East can discover what’s happening, find their people and feel part of the community.
It’s the idea behind everything we do: make it easier to find out, turn up and join in.
Whether you’ve lived here all your life or have just arrived, there should be a simple way to discover what’s around you.
A class you’ve been meaning to try. A meetup where you might make a friend. A church gathering, a community fundraiser or a play just down the road. Big occasions and everyday activities all have a place here.
Our events directory brings that range together, so you can explore what’s happening across the area without having to know every organiser or follow dozens of separate pages.

Father and daughter. A team of two.
We’re Paul and Olivia, a father-and-daughter team who call Fingal East home. We started Fingal East Media over a year ago with a simple idea: there’s so much happening here, but finding out about it should be easier. It’s just the two of us, building a place where our neighbours can discover more of what’s around them and get involved.
As communities grow and new neighbours arrive, finding out what’s happening nearby matters more than ever. We want to make that easier—for long-time residents, newcomers, families and anyone looking to get involved.
Our ambition is to make Fingal East Media the place people turn to when they want to know what’s going on. We’re building it step by step, with the community at its heart.
Today, our newsletter and events directory connect people with activities, organisers and businesses across Fingal East. Advertising partnerships help us develop the platform and give businesses a way to reach the community they serve.
Looking ahead, we plan to introduce a business directory to help people discover and support businesses in the area. We also hope to add ticket management, giving event organisers more of the tools they need in one place.
These are just some of the plans for the future. Our focus now is on building a useful, welcoming home for what’s happening here—and giving people reasons to come back.
