Who it's for
FREE TO LIST
Activities run by community groups, charities, voluntary organisations and not-for-profit organisers, including fundraisers.
Eligible events can be listed free, with organiser contact details, social media links and up to three images. You can manage and edit your listing through your account.
FREE OR PAID
Activities run by businesses or professional organisers.
These can also be listed free, with paid options available for fuller descriptions, images, contact details and newsletter promotion.
Charging admission doesn’t automatically make an event commercial—a community fundraiser may charge for entry, while a business-run class remains commercial even when held in a community centre.

FREE
One active commercial listing with a title, a description of up to 100 characters, an address, map location and a default category image.
ONE-OFF
One event occurrence with a fuller description, up to three images, social media links, phone and organiser contact details, and an organiser message. Includes account editing and inclusion in the relevant newsletter for the week of your event.
STANDARD
All One-Off features for up to three active listings, including recurring events. Suits regular classes and organisers running several events.
PREMIUM
All Standard features for up to five active listings, with one event eligible for more prominent featured placement in the directory, subject to approval.
Paid prices include VAT. Standard and Premium renew monthly until cancelled.
Newsletter feature
For our highest level of event publicity, choose a Featured Event in the newsletter. This premium placement gives your event a dedicated feature, with space to tell its story and encourage readers to take part.
A newsletter Featured Event is separate from the featured directory placement available with Premium. Contact us to discuss availability and pricing.
Campaign analytics
Campaign analytics help you understand how your promotion performs and assess the value of your investment. Review audience response and, alongside your own booking or sales figures, use the results to evaluate your return and plan future promotions.
You can add your event to the directory now for free and choose paid promotion whenever you’re ready.
Community and paid listings can be edited through your account. For changes to a free commercial listing, contact us and we’ll help. Free commercial listings don’t include website, social media or contact links; these are available with the paid options.
All submissions are reviewed before publication, and community listings are subject to eligibility approval.
